"I know you’ve been promised a returned call and NEVER got it! Well with Kate Elders office is the ONLY office, this isn’t an issue. I have personally worked with them since 2022 and have no regrets! Connie even knows my voice when I call! All the ladies there are so professional and patient. If you are tired of sub par customer service give Kate Elder State Farm a call you will not be disappointed. And no this is NOT a paid review. "Awesome agent, very helpful customer service.
They’re always on point and re ready to help. I was locked out of my vehicle my policy information keys and phone was in the vehicle. I borrowed a phone googled Kate Aldridge’s office and they helped me get everything I need it to get my vehicle unlocked I could not access the app or anything. They jumped right into action to get someone out to get my vehicle unlocked and me on my way. They are awesome!"
